Refund policy

Refunds and returns are at my discretion, a refund request must be put in 14 days after receiving your order.

If there is an issue with you order please contact me at eleanor.whittaker@outlook.com to discuss it.

If the return is accepted then you will need to arrange return postage and incur the cost.

I will notify you once your return has been received and inform you if the return has been accepted, you'll then be refunded within 10 business days.
